So this was my breakfast for today. I can eat it everyday without complaining at all. :p
I love it because it is such a simple yet tasty and healthy meal. Well, it's almost the same with the potateggs (refer to my previous post) but no potato.
As usual, I will just put the picture here. (With some notes)
1. I put minced carrots, mushrooms, and onion with half piece of low fat cheddar cheese.
2. Sprinkled it with white pepper and parsley flakes.
3. Put on the bread, put into oven. Done.
4. It's delicious. Seriously. ;)
