Kimbap aka Korean Sushi

Bismillah.

Last Saturday was the giving-certificate ceremony for my baby. Alhamdulillah she completed her 1st module of playgroup. The parents were informed to bring some finger foods to the event. So I decided to make kimbap or known as Korean Sushi. Well, let the picture explains about the recipe. I am too lazy to write. :p


A few notes:

1. Use the japanese rice. 
2. Boil the carrots and crab sticks for a while first.
3. Another ingredient not seen in the first picture: tuna.

That's it.

Simple, right? :)


P.s.: I learned how to make kimbap from my sis in law who graduated from Korea. She is now handling her bakery business and one of her signature meal is kimbap. If you live in the vicinity of Johor Bahru or Skudai, you can order kimbap (or cookies & cakes) from her. Like her fb page: baker's oben.

  2. Hehe. Mmg sedap mengunyah kimbap ni sorg2. Biasa safa letak apa dlmnye? Boleh je kan sukati letak pape. Hehe. Cuma akak tak sure combination taste tu jadi mcm mana. Tau letak bahan yg mcm gmba tu jela. Huhu. Safa boleh jual jugakla. Promote kat student pmpn. Sure laku n tak larat amek order. Hihi. Pmpn biasanya mmg suka kimbap ni. Lg2 yg minat kpop. Haha
